MICHAEL ALDRIDGE
Darren asked singer Michael Aldridge to record a song for the film. The result, Close My Eyes, is a beautiful a Capella song that plays over the motorbike journey to Eve’s family home. It captures the characters’ emotions at that moment perfectly and is an amazing song writing debut. Michael has written many more (equally great) songs since.

PETER BRODERICK
During the writing of the script, Darren had been inspired by the music of Peter Broderick, an American multi-instrumentalist whose much loved body of work has seen him compose for film, theatre & animation. Peter responded generously, personally ensuring that a deal was made to use several of those amazing songs in the film.
